Description of the shaded pole fan motor

YZF series motors are shaded pole motors with single phase, 4 pole and running at rated voltage of 220-240V, 50/60Hz or 110V, 60Hz. They are widely used in the radiator, evaporator and other refrigeration equipment.
The output power is from 2W to 34W, which is relative to the stack length and coil parameters.
The insulation class of motors is B, and the protection class is IP42. On request F, IP44 is available.
The applicable ambient temperature is from -30℃~50℃.

The motors are protected by their impedance for output power below 10W and thermal protector with cut-off temperature of 135℃±5℃ for output power above 10W.
The standard motors adopt sleeve bearing, suggest install these motors horizomtally. On request motors can be furnished with ball bearing.
The average service life of motors is over 20000 hours.
All of shaded pole motors pass CE approval.
The series products have two design models including separated type and integral type, please indicate your requirement.
Before operating the motor, make sure the earth wire of the motor connected with the external grounding device.

 Technical Data:

• The ambient temperature of the shaded-pole motor is -25°C~+50°C, the insulation class is class B, protection grade is IP42, and it has widely used in condensers,evaporators and other equipment.
• There is a ground line in each motor.
• Motor has impedeance protection if the output is blow 10W, and we install thermal protection(130 °C ~140 °C ) to protect the motor if the output is more than 10W.
• There are screw holes on the end cover; bracket installation; grid installaton; flange installation; also we can customize according to your request.
• We can custom-made motor with different voltage, frequency, wire length, bearing, special use of the environmet etc.
